Answer: You are in Dr. Granite's personal library in his mansion. When you assemble the words "under, dish, wash, and -er", you realize that the plans are under the dishwasher. The dishwasher is in the kitchen of Dr. Granite's mansion (5. Dr. Granite's kitchen). The kitchen is not far from you. (P.S. The plans are not too far from where you are.).
