Adventures in Odyssey  and Focus on the Family Are Compromised An R-Rated Movie Is Subtly Promoted by Adventures in Odyssey? In the “Odyssey” cartoon video titled “ Escape from the Forbidden Matrix ,” an Arnold- Schwarzenegger-like character appears, fighting aliens. Aliens had been attacking  Dylan Taylor and Sal Martinez  in a jungle, in a virtual reality game. The Odyssey cartoon had scenes highly resembling scenes found in Schwarzenegger’s R-rated (1987) Predator movie, a Hollywood film about a group of people (headed by Schwarzenegger) who have to stop a deadly alien in a jungle.  (Information source: Wikipedia.)  The Odyssey cartoon, sadly, resembled the R-rated Hollywood film in many points. Schwarzenegger’s R-rated film showed violence, cussing, and gore. Lord of the Rings Is Occultic and Anti-Christ The Lord of the Rings was the sequel to J.R.R. Tolkien’s 1937 novel, The Hobbit . This book series took shape in Tolkien’s mind in the late 1930s. One day as Tolkien was grading papers, he found a blank sheet of paper and a sentence came to his mind: “In a hole in the ground there lived a hobbit” (See "Who was Tolkien?" in Works Cited). He wrote it down and began to ponder what a hobbit was and what kind of hole it lived in. From that day forward, J.R.R. Tolkien began a story that would become very popular all around the world.
