Finding the Combination, a Problem-Solving Game (Answer Sheet 3.)






ANSWER: The piece of paper that says, "WASH, v.t. 5. To scrub in ..."   has this clue below:

"?  6   ?   ?  
 
 W eight _ the LAST ... I want to ENTER ... Seven ______ before _ i g _t  and right after ______."

It really says:

"_   6   _   _  
 
 W eight is the LAST ... I want to ENTER ... Seven comes before eight and right after six."



The ANSWER is 5,6,7,8. That is the combination code for the suitcase safe. Seven comes before eight and right after six.  Eight  "is the LAST..." number in the sequence.  Five is important because it goes before six.   The number 5 also appears on the "WASH, v.t. ..." piece of paper.

PART 1 This is a  blog-based   problem-solving game that involves some thinking, but it is designed to be fairly straightforward. It is somewhat similar to popular problem-solving games.
